DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE NOT DOING ANY EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME. Thank you! 

Hey babes! Didn’t love the item? Don't worry! Simply email us regarding the unwanted items within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must meet the listed criteria below. NO EXCEPTIONS.
AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT DOING MONETARY REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT.

We must receive the item before the store credit is applied or sent.

- IVE must receive the unwanted items within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for the exchange.
- Items MUST be unworn, scent free, unwashed, undamaged and all tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Any attempted exchanges made after the 14 day period will be denied.

Do we offer return labels?
